Beginner-friendly session built for anyone looking to stay active in Johnson City
Looking for something new to try or a way to stay active in Johnson City? This Tuesday’s “Bring a Friend” practice is a low-pressure, beginner-friendly session focused on basics and movement. Coaching will be simple and accessible, with no experience needed. Cleats are great if you have them, but regular shoes are fine. Join us Tuesday from 6–8pm at Woodland Elementary.

Johnson City Rugby is pushing forward into 2025 with big goals, both on and off the field. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for strong community partners to help us build something lasting.
This summer, Johnson City Rugby is hosting Wagon Wheel 10’s, a fast-paced 10-a-side tournament featuring men’s and women’s brackets. Teams from across the region will take the field, bringing strong competition and high-energy play. The tournament will take place at: Woodland Elementary 2303 Indian Ridge Rd, Johnson City, TN 37604 Registration is open, and teams are locking in their spots.
